Hemogel from ESI is an ointment based on medicinal plants indicated to locally relieve the discomfort of hemorrhoids.

Active principles:

• Escin: A mixture of 30 substances, extracted from horse chestnut, has the ability to reduce the permeability of the vasal walls, improving the symptoms caused by venous conditions.
• Bromelain: Proteolytic zyme endowed with high anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous power.
• Vitamin E: Improves ebdithelial functions, providing greater elasticity to the vasal walls.
• Ginkgo Biloba: Useful in peripheral vascular disease with edema, ischemic and thrombotic tendency.
• Horse Chestnut: Contains escin and esculin, a glycoside with venous and lymphatic action. Used as a protector of venous walls.
• Meliloto: Used for bruises, superficial hematomas, thrombophlebitis and hemorrhoids.
• Routine: Used for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency, venolymphatic insufficiency and capillary fragility. It develops an action that strengthens the walls of blood vessels.
• Centella Asiatica: Traditionally used for the treatment of heavy legs, cellulite and in general for venous-based pathologies.
• Bilberry: Increases capillary resistance and permeability. Anti-inflammatory, healing and antithrobotic activity. Astringent vasoprotective action to regulate the outflow of liquids.
• Arnica Montana: Traditionally used for its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and antibiotic action.
• Aloe Vera: Moisturizing and emollient, used for the treatment of wounds, to reduce inflammation and as a healing agent.
• Ginger: Improves blood irrigation.
• Perna Canaliculus: Inhibits the synthesis of prostaglandin, has anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic action.
• Pineapple: It is used topically to clean wounds and ulcers and as an anti-inflammatory.
• Menthol: Provides a pleasant sensation of freshness and well-being in hemorrhoids.

How to use:

Apply the gel rectally, administering the appropriate dose as many times as necessary during the day. It is essential to practice hygiene in the anal area after each bowel movement. Wash your hands before and after each application, for hygiene reasons and to avoid infections.
